NEW FRAN PR!!!!

Last time I did Fran it took me 10:06.  Five months or so later, I'm 4.5 mins faster.  I'll take that!

NEW CINDY PR!!!!!

3 months ago Friday I did Cindy (5 pullup,10 pushup,15 squats) AMRAP in 20 mins.  I did 13 rounds.

This last Friday, I did 15 and 2/3 rds.  At the 9 minute mark, I had 9 rounds completed!  I started to slow down.  Good times.

On Monday. I take on FRAN!

Big ups to Connor and his gang from Oakland.  They were visiting for SeaFair this weekend and bounced in for a set at MICF.  Connor and I got paired up and we rocked 10 rnds in 18 mins.  I KNOW we did 2 sets more than I would have done on my own.  So my thanks to him for being there and pushing me simply by being my partner.

Catching you up

Wednesday was a rest day.

Thursday was my EPIC RAQUETTEBALL game with Scotty-Don't.  I tried working out later that day, but I was hosed!

Friday I hopped into the MICF and was doing fine until my wrist bent too far back on my squat clean and I distinctly heard it pop.  I iced it and dabbed it with arneca.  Come Monday I was right as rain.

I don't know what it is about me and that time.  But everytime my goal is to do a wod in 20 mins or less, I seem to come in right under the wire.
