NEW CINDY PR!!!!!

3 months ago Friday I did Cindy (5 pullup,10 pushup,15 squats) AMRAP in 20 mins.  I did 13 rounds.

This last Friday, I did 15 and 2/3 rds.  At the 9 minute mark, I had 9 rounds completed!  I started to slow down.  Good times.

On Monday. I take on FRAN!
