Catching you up

Wednesday was a rest day.

Thursday was my EPIC RAQUETTEBALL game with Scotty-Don't.  I tried working out later that day, but I was hosed!

Friday I hopped into the MICF and was doing fine until my wrist bent too far back on my squat clean and I distinctly heard it pop.  I iced it and dabbed it with arneca.  Come Monday I was right as rain.

I don't know what it is about me and that time.  But everytime my goal is to do a wod in 20 mins or less, I seem to come in right under the wire.

Oh well.
