"F" it Friday

"F" standing for FITNESS of course! :P
 
OK folks, I got 2 rounds in and dropped the cleans to 115 from 135.  All in all, the WOD as a whole felt pretty solid.  BUT, today I woke up early.  Subsequently I ate early, and come time to do the workout, I WAS STARVING!!!!  Needless to say this is not the best state to be in physically OR mentally.  However.  Other that feeling like I was out of gas, the workout went fairly smoothly.  I DID end up taking a knee halfway through the 10's a couple of times.  No shame in the game.  My energy was gone and I was running on fumes.  Kettlebell swings are the best they've ever been.  Nice to feel like you can DO what's R/X.
