Quickie on Friday

Scott stopped by the J to teach Crossfit, so we hopped into a quick strength workout.  Its week 3 of this style piggybacking on our usual WODs, so good times.

We did a lil warm up, but then it was go time.

#270x25 reps.  Its been a while since I've pushed that much weight, let alone trying to rep out like that. We work up to it with sets of 5 and then BANG do 5 at the heavier weight and then tack on as many reps as you can.  Helps a lot having a spotter, especially when they tack you picture without you knowing lol.
