We did a fair bit of warmup exercises, which I'm beginning to REALLY appreciate the difference in output when I take the time.
It was a great time, and I left feeling like I could have/should have pushed harder on the wallball. But I'll just have to sack up next time and not use it as a rest period.
On to whatever Monday brings.
