Tabata DREADmill

I've never done this one before, and I warmed up a good 20 mins before sacking up and starting.  I started the 8 rnds at 6.5 and ended at 7.2.

I just didn't feel confident enough to get back on after the 10 sec rest.  As it stands I was using the handles at 7.2. 

All and all a cool workout to just let everything fly!
