And the 2nd workout...pullups

Scott came by and we did the pullups for time wod.

Basically. 1 pullup in a minute, then 2. Then 3.  Stop when you can't get the number of pullups done in the minute alotted.

I crapped out at 7.  Then I worked backwards.  Good times.  I still hate pulllups. Hate...hate....hate.  But I'm getting better.
