On day 1, I was 200lbs at 25% body fat.
6 weeks later I'm 197lbs at 15% body fat. I did the test 3 times to double check.
So by changing my diet, and working out 5 out of 7 days per week I've managed to cut approx. 10% bf and put on approx 20lbs of lean body mass.
Body fat taken by Fattrack II. These are available at gnc (or at least on their website).
I can't say this is gospel, but I've had it done the same way each time I've had my body fat taken. So at that point, if the weight stays the same and the bf% goes down, I think its safe to call that a success.
