(note) used Bosu Ball for burpees, I think that adds to the momentum, but then its also 14lbs. Will be doing Burpees without Bosu from here on out.
Stretched. Feel great at the end of the first week of Crossfit Training.
I’ve been lifting weights for 20 years now, and it’s nice to find something that feels new. There’s not much new in fitness, there’s new ways of packaging. But so far, Crossfit has found a way of taking something I love to get me to do something I hate (cardio). Good times.
Will post pics next week. Nice to have my family at the JCC supporting this too!!!
